What is your return/exchange policy?

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange an item. This date can be found in your order confirmation email or store receipt. The following eligibility requirements must be met in order for an item to qualify for a refund or exchange.

  • The purchase was made within the last 30 days (this date can be found in your order confirmation email or store receipt)
  • The product is in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The product is unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged
  • The product is in its original packaging with price tags attached.

In circumstances where you consider a product to be defective, please contact customer service with details of the product and the defect.

Where can I find my order and tracking numbers?

Once we receive your order, we will email you an order confirmation that contains your order number. When your order has been packed and has shipped from our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation by email. This will contain your tracking number.

Can I cancel my order?

At this time, we are not able to cancel your order once the order has been placed. If you no longer want the items you purchased, please feel free to initiate a return. Once your order starts shipping, you can start the return process. Refunds for returns can be issued to the original form of payment or as a store credit.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to: Canada & United States.

Keep in mind, there may be additional duties and taxes to pay upon the arrival of your package.

Please also note, we cannot refund original shipping fees on any international returns.
